We will be engaged with the new minister for the new government to share more tools to create new conditions in educational institutions that they look like the 21st century, but in the meantime other membership requirements that we, as usual, will try to achieve through dialogue. And if the dialogue doesn't produce results then both in the past and now the SBASK will hear the voice of education workers and if the issues are not realised with dialogue then there will be union actions” in the future, he has stated about Indexline.
Also, the SBASK chairman wants the Government to regulate the Law of Salaries, so that the calls for strikes are minimal.
