Rama presents the education programme: English From First Class

Prime Minister Edi Rama has presented the Socialist Party's 2021-2025 action plan for school and university.

It all starts with learning English from the first grade to national programs and the end of the tour lesson.

-The English side will start learning all schools in the country from the first grade. It's time for all children to learn English and the basic language of digital communication. -We're going to launch a national program for 12-18 kids, and we're going to open specialised digital entry centers, not in iPhones and iPads, but in the digital world where children are taught gravity, they're going to be given knowledge of interactions within it. The first centre is Tirana, the rest will be raised in Shkodra, Vlora, Kukes and Berat, and so on.

We're going to open the national program for arts and crafts for high school students who create conditions and give them tasks to exert their minds and hands through creativity.

- The physical education we turned into school program and sports outside of school will take a more important place from first grade to university.

The schools turned into towers where they were named guards or executions, militants who planted the flag of one party, and another where there are obviously good and honest people coming from the teacher, but it's not enough. By 2025 all school directors will qualify from the school of directors.

- Third mandate will bring an end to two shifts. The practice of collective classes will be closed, but also the creation of an alternative education system, with or without Internet connection, according to specific needs.

- We'll strengthen the personal course program. Students learn at their pace. I want Albania to be 2030 countries where prominent universities are integrated into our higher public education system. This is a dream and challenge from the most difficult. The doors will also be for foreign students.

-We'll set up 10m euros a year to stimulate public universities in the field of science, engineering and mathematics, and we'll support every full synergy in Albanian university and foreign public in English. The new campus of the University of Tirana, designed by 28,000 square metres, hampered as a temporary implementation process by severe earthquake and pandemic shocks, the largest investment in new decades in higher education will take life in the third term.

We're going to finish Agricultural University, start building the campus of the University of Arts, Security Academy and Polytechnic by adapting to existing needs.

-The next innovation will be the innovation and excellence programme package in manufacturing and IT. It will provide qualifications in innovation, design, marketing, costs that will be repaid 50% and 50% as a tax of societies where the beneficiary is employed. The goal of this innovation is to strongly support the transition of the entire Albanian manufacturing system known as Facebook, but has recognised interesting developments to another level.

- In this decade, it's a clear strategic choice to make Albania 2030 platforms of a drastic transformation for the lives of those who are children today.
