It was impossible to enter Kosovo's territory, as it would immediately end up in police chains.
But, now the prime suspect in the murder of Serbian politician Oliver Ivanovic, is located in the northern part of Mitrovica.
Serbian List Deputy Chairman Milan Radoicic could run free because last week the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo re-volved the warrant against him.
Radoicic's lawyer, Zivojin Jokanovic, confirms this as he tells of the conversation he had with his client last week.
Television has asked Kosovo Police about Milan Radoicic's arrival in Kosovo, but the same have not provided details.
Neither the president of the Serbian List has been accessible.
The warrant was withdrawn by prosecutor Burim Qerkeyni, but the one who issued it in 2019, former prosecutor Silas Hoxha, says his arrival to Kosovo poses a threat to the country.
But could the Special Prosecutor now prevent him from leaving Kosovo, releasing another warrant for his arrest?
Otherwise, Serbian politician Oliver Ivanovic was killed on January 16th, 2018.
