The panel regarding the submitted appeals has decided as follows.
In part, 5 appeals are accepted:
PRANOLY partially based Anr.656/2021 appeals. A.nr.733/2021 and A.nr.735/2021 presented by political subjects Nasha Initiative, Social Democratic Union and Nova Democraticska Stranka of the date 05.03.2021 against CEC's decision No.860-2021 for announcing the final results of early elections for the Kosovo Assembly held on February 14th 2021.
PRANOLY Partly based on appeals from Anr.736/2021 of the date 05.03.2021, presented by political subjects the Egyptian Liberal Party (PLE), headquartered in Pec, the Ashkali Party for Integration (PAI) with headquarters in Lipjan, the United Roma Party (PREBK) by the headquarters in Prizren, the Democratic Party of the Ashkali of Kosovo (PDAK) with that in Ferizaj and the appeal of Arna.69/05.21, for progress by the Roma <92th], for the Roma Movement, <4thjic, the government's government's adoptions adoption of the government, which have been approved by the Roman Commission.
The “Candidates who have appealed the CEC's decision to announce the election results in PZAP will be announced over time with decisions related to the pre-proceded appeals and against those decisions the disgruntled parties could file a complaint with the Supreme Court of Kosovo within the 24-hour legal deadline of the decision, while the Supreme Court of Kosovo is obliged to make decisions regarding the 72-hour legal deadline from the moment of their presentation of”, the PAP report said.
