This institution has so far approved and rejected some. In the first three decisions, it is seen that dissatisfaction has also taken place within the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
To the Vetevendosje Movement, PZAP) has decided to recount the candidate ballots for MPs from the ranks of this party at a vote in Gjilan, following the request of candidate Arbene Kryeziu Hyseni.
She claims that a mistake has been made on the part of the person making the description at the polls. Kryeziu-Hyseni claims that her votes, totaling 118, have been described to the VV's other candidate, Arber Rexhaj. She has, however, been denied the appeal with which she sought recounting at several other locations.
As for PDK, The PZAP has called for recounting ballots for PDK candidates at a polling site in Petrova after candidate Nakman Jakupi has complained that he has been wronged in the vote.
At PZAP within 24 hours, 208 complaints have been filed. The institution has a total of three days to consider and decide on the issues raised. If the parties are not satisfied with PZAP's decisions, then they can also address the Supreme Court, which also has 72 hours to review. With the outcome of the complaint process, the CEC is obliged to implement all emerging decisions and then proceed with the certificate of results.
