From the incident at the Paris Community, there is no reporting of injury because the car was parked and there was no one inside.
It is unknown who the target was, prosecutor Arjan Mucha part of the KLP or the woman, Gentiana Muca, who is judge at the Tirana administrative court, as the tool was used by both.
Police have surrounded the area and the ambulance has arrived at the scene.
