Prosecutor Wants Sali Mustafa to Continue Ban

The Specialised Prosecutor's Office has answered the defence request to review the decision to detain accused Sali Mustafa.

According to the prosecution, continuing the ban on Mustafa is necessary to continue, it broadcasts Klan Kosova.tv.

They have estimated that the danger of him interfering with witnesses has not changed, just as the possibility of him continuing to commit crimes.

For these reasons, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office requires that the judge of the preliminary procedure annul the defence request and calls for the accused to remain in detention”, the announcement said.
