State prosecutor raises 87 charges against 97 people for various criminal acts

Also, at the order of the state prosecutor, twenty-three suspected persons have been detained, ten requests have been filed for the detention measure's appointment, against the twenty-eight suspected persons, as well as a request for secuestation, due to suspicion of criminal acts: “Import, export, supply, transport, production, exchange, mediation or sale of unauthorized weapons or plastic matter<1> and “kept in ownership, or unauthorized possession of weapons<3>

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, over the past 24 hours, has made two requests for the appointment of the detention measure against eight persons suspected of committing various criminal acts.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, over the past 24 hours, on the order of the prosecutor has detained a suspected person, has submitted two requests for the appointment of the detention measure against eleven people, and has filed thirty-six counts against forty-four people for various criminal acts.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, over the last 24 hours, has detained four suspected persons and filed ten (10) charges against ten (10) persons for various criminal acts.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec, over the last 24 hours, has banned three (3) suspected persons, filed a request for the detention of one (1) person, and raised five (5) charges against five (5) persons for various criminal acts.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, on the order of the prosecutor, has detained a (1) person for 48 hours, filed two (2) requests for the detention of two (2) people, and filed 20 (20) charges against twenty-three persons.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, over the last 24 hours, has filed two (2) charges against two suspected persons. The Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica, over the last 24 hours, has detained three (3) suspected persons and set up eleven (11) charges against eleven (11) for various criminal acts.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj, over the past 24 hours, has detained eleven people (11) suspected in five different cases and filed three (3) requests for the detention measure against six (6) indicted persons.

This prosecutor has also applied for segregation and has filed three (3) charges against three (3) for various criminal acts.
