Former Constitutional Chairman Enver Hasani has said MPs have a constitutional obligation to stay in the hall at the moment of the Kosovo president's vote and that they may not be missing except with permission from the Parliament Speaker.
The one at Dabbat Plus TV Dukagjin has said that since the first round in the ballot box should be the votes of 80 deputies.
“If the candidate doesn't get 80 votes in return, he goes to the second round. But if there are not 80 votes in the box (the quorum of two-thirds of MPs], the process does not continue and in 60 days if the president's election is not in order again, it goes to the elections”, Hasani said.
According to him, the new head of the automatism Assembly takes over the presidential post and exercises that post for as long as they have remained.
“does not continue that task because there can be no task registrar”, it is expressed.
