The lives of residents there were at stake, as long as emergency services - including firemen, emergency, and police - were needed.
The latter helped residents by later becoming viral through a social networking photo.
On the reality show at T7, two police officials confessed this experience, which they had never experienced before.
It's the first time we've been involved in such action, but thanks to the professional preparations we've had from the past, from the Cana Academy managed stress, the nature of the case and we've managed to distance people who have been inside and have been endangered by the huge smoke that has been inside the building, Bajram Qerim said.
Even though their lives were in danger, they helped residents who were now in danger.
At that moment, all I wanted was that we didn't get hurt by the citizens, from the residents inside, and how we got the information that the firemen could be delayed and that time could be fatal for the residents and we didn't think twice we were in and we ran the citizens” said Arbnor Bulatovci, one of the police officials.
Following this action, Qerim and Bulatovci have sought medical assistance because they have been affected by smoke and flames.
“We've only done our job”, the two police officials recently expressed themselves.
