U.S. citizen. was detained at the ATK facility, and had just noticed that the policeman was starting to act aggressively, he was starting to record on the phone.
The policeman tries to take the phone by force while in an effort he breaks his hand.
The following is the testimony offered by the citizen for the case, writes Periscope.
In the medical report, it appears that the person's left hand in question has been imobilized.
Finally, there have been many other reported cases by citizens complaining about bringing various police officials. Mostly complaints have to do with aggressive behavior.
The combat video in question is Periscope, but it doesn't publish it because of sensitivity.
