The three suspects (police officials of the Regional Border Police Directorate East) have been invited today in the morning hours for quality interview of suspects at the IPK facility in Hyvali.
The same after interview with the Constitutional Prosecutorial Law in Gjilan have been arrested on suspicion that the same have committed criminal work “Smuggling with goods” seen with Article 311 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code”, the report said.
The same ones have been assigned the detention measure for 48 hours, while as part of administrative procedures with IPK recommendation have been suspended.
