Pristina Deputy Mayor Selim Pacolli has spoken of the period as the main manager at the Behgjet Pacolli hotel in Pristina.
He has mentioned various political figures that have stayed at the hotel among them and Bill and Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, of Recep Tayip Erdogan.
But Pacolli has specifically mentioned Turkish President Erdogan.
According to him, Erdogan had just arrived at the hotel, there had been requirements unlike other Western diplomats.
The trick indicates that Erdogan had brought his cook with him and that only his staff was allowed to serve in the room.
The Turkish Vice President came with his specifics, until his cook. Everything that was prepared in the hotel kitchen was first tested by the cook who brought it with him and then, that food was served only by his people in the room where it was”, Pacolli said at RTK.
