Pacolli has said the idea has been of the subject the government has with Pristina, but that he does not see it as a sustainable solution.
“In my political concept, the tax is not a solution, but it has been the idea of the political subject that the government today with the Pristina municipality, and it is designed to have a garage or auto parking garage, where vehicles which are numerous to enter the centre and from there to organise public transport”, he said in Kyosia Show.
Pacolli has said that the ticket to be paid to the parking lot would be used in the same bus (urban) anywhere in Pristina.
But according to him, it takes a lot of time and analysis, and for that, in the current term it cannot be accomplished.
My concept was to build over 20,000 parking lots inside the centre. This would offer solutions to capital residents and to those visiting the city. A large part of the mess is created because of drivers moving around to find parking lot”, Pacolli said,
