L, M. K, E. I, H.Z. due to suspicion based on criminal acts “Import, export, supply, transport, production, exchange, mediation or the unauthorized sale of weapons or explosive matter” [...]
The founding prosecutor in Ferizaj, the Randa Crime Department, has filed a request for the appointment of the detention measure at the Foundation Court in Ferizaj, to four persons A. L, M. K, E. I, H.Z. due to suspicion based on criminal acts “Import, export, supply, transport, production, exchange, mediation or unauthorized sale of weapons or explosive matter” and “Keeping possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.
According to the prosecution's request, there is doubt that defendants A.L. H.Z. and M.K., from October 17th 2020 until 25,03.21, in Ferizaj and several Kosovo cities, have imported weapons-pistoles, automatic rifles, zoo gun, hunting rifles and other weapons equipment from the Republic of Macedonia, which they have sold to different Kosovo countries.
While, for defendants A.L., H.Z., M.K. and E.I., there is the fact that there is no doubt that they possessed arms without authorization against the law on weapons, by which they committed criminal work “possession of control or unauthorized possession of weapons from Article 366 paragraph 2 of KPRC.
