Obadiah: The first will bear responsibility if Osman's election as president turns out to be wrong

Lumir Abdixhiku, the LDK chairman, has said the first will bear responsibility if Vjosa Osman's election is wrong, Periscopi broadcasts.

Abdixhiku points out that Osman's choice would not dramatically change the country.

I don't see Kosovo changing dramatically for good or for worse if Vjosa becomes president. At the meetings I've tried to take personal racing.
