The Theatre's Steering Council on Thursday afternoon has decided that Shatroll will take the helm of the institution five months after holding it as a task leader.
Following Wednesday's interviews, according to the assessment of the council members, Shatroll has left behind two other candidates -- Qremeti and Blerim Krasniqi, Koha reports.
Since May 2016, it is an official library at the Ministry of Culture.
