PDK MP Ganimete Musliu has spoken of the Special Court and its positions about this court.
She has said that since this court was spoken of, she has had a personal attitude, which she has separated from the public stand of PDK.
I have voted against the Special Court even when my party's deputies have voted in favour. I've had my stand for this court since it started talking in certain circles, but it's not the party's position, but mine personal. I am still opposed to this trial and when Alby Kurti was elected prime minister, I have asked whether he will provide state guarantees for all former soldiers who are being tried in The Hague, including Rexhep Selimi, but no one was taken into the subject”, Musliu said in T7, broadcasting Periscopi.
She has said that if Prime Minister Kurti were to start breaking up the Special Court, she would support him.
“I'm still about to undo the Special Court, just like Prime Minister Kurti was. If today's VV sends an invitation to the Special Submission, I'm now interrupting the show and I'm beginning to vote”, Musliu said. /Periscopi
