MPJ: Don't fall prey to false news from Serbia for attracting recognitions for Kosovo

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspore (MPJD) is seeking from public opinion, but also from the media, so as not to fall prey to false news coming from Serbia, over claims of allegedly willingness of some states to withdraw recognitions of the independence of the Republic of Kosovo. “MPJD lets you know [...]
“MPJD informs you that the return of Belgrade's debate and propaganda through false news, taking advantage of the so-called “recognition”, has been revived in order to create confusion in public opinion, at a time when our country is going through transition of institutional consolidation after elections held last month” is written in communique.
Nevertheless, regarding claims that some states could make a decision to withdraw recognition of Kosovo's independence, MPJD suggests that they are speculations and part of Serbia's campaign to undermine the international subjectivity of our state.
“MPJD has continued communication with all the connoisseur countries, through its diplomatic channels, its diplomats and through the Allied states, and we would like to let you know that none of the countries that have been talked about by Serbian media have discussed the possibility of a change of position in relation to the Republic of Kosovo”, the communique concludes.
