Montenegrin Justice Minister: Hague Hides Crime Evidence against Serbs in Kosovo

Montenegrin Justice and Human and Minority Rights Minister Vladimir Leposavic has named “compromed” The International Justice Tribunal at The Hague, which he said is hiding the crimes of Serbs in Kosovo. Leposaviq made these statements in Montenegro's Parliament, referring to the Swiss MP's report to the Council of Europe, Dick Martyt, who had said Albanians committed crimes against Kosovo Serbs and were receiving organs.

The Hague “Tribonal has completely lost its legitimacy when it eliminated evidence of the Council of Europe's rapporteur for the trafficking of Serb civilian victims in Kosovo”, the minister said.

Asked by the opposition in the Montenegrin parliament if he accepts that genocide took place in Srebrenica, he said he did not know whether the perpetrators of the crimes in Srebrenica were aimed at genocide or not, but that he could believe only what The Hague judges have said.

Because of these positions, which are seen as denying genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Montenegrin opposition has demanded the resignation of Minister Leposavic.
