Full letter:
Dear Prime Minister,
I cordially wish you re-election as Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo!
You and your government are ahead of challenging jobs, which your country can count on with Germany's support as a partner.
COVID-19's pandemic requires all of us unprecedented measures. Your government has announced that there will be significant reforms in establishing the rule of law such as fighting corruption and organised crime.
And dialogue with Serbia on normalising the reports, mediated by the European Union, requires your attention.
Success in these areas will be the key to concreteising your country's European perspective.
I wish you every success in the work ahead.
Respectfully
Angela Merkel
German Federal Republic Chancellor
