These are the main points that PDK Chairman Enver Hoxhaj's taskman, says he has addressed Vetevendosje Chairman Albin Kurti?
Here's the list of questions:
- Every time there has been a government or president's election from the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo, institutions have been attacked and violence has been exerted against the majority in the Parliament, in the session, gasing or attacking the constitution institution. I wanted to know if Mr. Albin Kurti and the Vetvendosje Movement will give up political violence as a political tool.
- I have sought to know their position on dialogue on normalising relations with Serbia with the ultimate goal of mutual recognition. Will they keep the promise promised to Kosovo citizens that they will not start dialogue with Serbia without an official apology from Serbia and the return of all missing persons?
- I wanted to know their position on the Association of Serbian municipalities. Will they bring to Parliament the annulment of this project and the Brussels accords?
- I've also asked them about their positioning on border demarcation with Montenegro? And if they, in accordance with the exchange of letters between the presidents of Kosovo and Montenegro, will review the border, especially for Juliet and Cakir, as they promised. They must also come up with a deadline to live up to that promise.
- Didn't I get answers as well if they would respect and implement the Washington Agreement?
- I also asked if they would agree to enter the Joint Regional Market (Mini-Shengen) without full recognition from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina?
- During the governments Kurti 1 and Hoti, the sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo was suspended when these governments withdrew from seeking membership in international organisations and recognition of the Republic of Kosovo. I asked if Kosovo would apply for membership in international organisations and that it would require recognition by all UN member states by ending its suspension of sovereignty?
- Your political heritage since 2007 has been opposing the Ahtisaari Plan, which is essentially Kosovo's constitutional character. I wanted to know from Mr. Kurt if he gave up this purpose?
- One promise has also been reciprocity. I have sought to know from them whether reciprocity with Serbia will be restored and will Kurti 1 administrative reciprocity be the same as during the government, or will full political, economic and trade reciprocity be implemented?
- Mr. Kurt and Mrs. Osmani has rejected the Brussels agreement regarding the census? I've asked for a pledge from them if they're going to cancel this agreement and withdraw from the banners, as they have promised throughout the years.
