On March 24th, trial begins against former AKI chief and two other indictees for the expulsion of 6 guerrillas from Kosovo

In addition, it was said that this prosecution in the indictment has proposed that after managing all evidence under court, the defendants found themselves guilty of criminal acts imposed on them and sentenced them by law.

Otherwise, the indictment for misuse of office or official authority has been raised against former head of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency Driton Gashi, the director of the Department of State, Asylum and Migration at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Valon Krasniqi and the director of the Directorate for Migration and Foreign Under Border Police, Nundman Sylejmani. Meanwhile, the latter is also being charged with criminal acts “illegal deprivation of freedom”.
