He was one of the most vocal members of the Democratic League of Kosovo before the 14 February elections.
And that, it seems, cost Naser Rugova.
In the LDK's 10th election seat Sunday, he failed to become part of 131 members of the General Council.
Lucky for him, there was Melihate Trmolli.
Even this, her discontent, expressed it through the string of Gjerge Fishta.
Meanwhile, outside the list, another LDK key figure, former chairman of this subject, Fatmir Sejdiu, remained.
It also happened with the incumbent co-ordinator for dialogue with Serbia, Skender Hyseni.
Neither did Adem Saliha manage to become part of the LDK General Council.
And these changes within the LDK, according to the director of the Institute for Social Policy, Musine Koklari, Visar Ymer, can be seen as positive.
But, Ymer does not rule out the possibility, that this is part of an internal struggle within the LDK.
On Sunday, the LDK, besides the general council, also chose Lumir Abdixhiku as its new chairman.
