Former Health Minister Andmend Zemaj and former Agriculture Minister Besian Mustafa have also been seen entering.
A decision on the issue of electing the president is expected to be made at this meeting, which aims at Vjosa Osmani, who emerged from the LDK to win later in the general parliamentary elections, where she competed with Vetevendosje Movement, her former political rival party, Albin Kurti.
LDK Chairman Lumir Abdixhiku, following early parliamentary elections, has met at least twice with Vjosa Osmani to discuss the possibility that the party's MPs support him for presidential election.
Osman certainly needs the support of her former party to assume the position of chief of state, since the other two opposition parties, The PDK and AAK have openly declared that they will not.
For this, the LDK will decide today at the Assembly of Headship, outside which left top party officials like Agim Veliu and Driton Selmanaj, considered Osman's biggest enemies and guilty of ever's worst outcome the party took in the February 14th elections. Veliu and Selmanaj, but also former Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, who have been elected deputies, will hardly vote for Vjosa Osman for president. They think Osman had made a mistake by constantly rejecting party decisions under the leadership of Isa Mustaf.
