He says justice must be realised regardless of the consequences.
Through a Facebook text, Berisha has referred to a Latin legal expression.
Berisha is convinced that his client committed the accident murder, which prompted many reactions in recent days.
Almost three years have passed since Agonys Tetaj's assassination, meanwhile for the second time chief state prosecutor Alexander Lumez has been declared that within his competencies he will reassign another prosecutor.
