Latifi at Pressing said Serbia had all the capacities and opportunities to commit genocide in Kosovo.
He added that the KLA in 1999 had entered very weakened and that it had been impossible to oppose Serbia, so the threat to genocide was tremendous.
The 1999 <x0mimD of 1999, according to information that I have, may be inaccurate, but in Kosovo there has been a concentration of about 100,000 Serbian police soldiers with the most sophisticated weapons of time. It means Serbia has had all capacities, possibilities to commit genocide in Kosovo”, Latifi said.
“The KLA, despite extraordinary resistance in 1998, has entered very weakened in 1999. It has been objectively impossible to counter that extraordinary machine. The threat to genocide has been extraordinary”, he added. /
