Latif: I have information that there were about 100,000 Serb soldiers in Kosovo in 99

Latifi at Pressing said Serbia had all the capacities and opportunities to commit genocide in Kosovo.

He added that the KLA in 1999 had entered very weakened and that it had been impossible to oppose Serbia, so the threat to genocide was tremendous.
