Full status:
8 Mars is an international woman's day. Of all women. It marks the efforts that still continue but also the successes women have achieved historically.
Today and every day, we must recognize the contribution of women who are no longer and fight with women for more rights. Great burdens have been placed on women. Not only have they emancipated themselves but society's emancipation is now expected. We have to do this together and share every responsibility.
Our governance will be committed to democratic and social policies that facilitate and promote women's lives and experiences. Whether it's working, unemployed women, Roma women, poor people, when they're born, or when they don't want to be born, when they're looking for jobs or when they're discriminated against at work. From domestic chores to institutional responsibilities, let's make Kosovo more equal. Women are being oppressed or exploited. And so that the struggle for social equality can mean that for gender equality.
Congratulations on March 8th, from the peaceful march in Pristina where we participated in solidarity.
