Kurt II Unlike Kurt: Why does the Prime Minister consider the charge more a problem?

At Court 1, Nenad Rassic, former adviser to Albin Kurti and at the same time former director of the Office for Communities within the framework of the prime minister's office, had resigned from these positions following the establishment of the indictment against him.

While, now in the Kurti Government 2, Prime Minister Kurti himself has appointed Minister of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure Libran Aliun, who became aware that there is an indictment set up for abuse of official office, as director of the Urbanism Directorate in Pristina.

Aliu has reacted yesterday after news that there is an indictment, saying he is hearing from the media about the indictment for the first time. But he was immediately exposed by the Pristina Prosecutor's Office, which officially confirmed there is an indictment against him.

The prosecution has announced that on April 23rd, 2018, it has accepted criminal snooping against people with initials: L.A., A.O., Mr.R., N.K., B.U., M.B., at the time Pristina Community officials, in the direction of criminal work “Keqqquising of official position or authority”.

In fact, the prosecution has confirmed that on August 05th 2019, Lieburn Aliu was interviewed and that the same indictment was prosecuted at the competent court for further proceedings.

Even though in the case of his former adviser Nenad Rassic's resignation, Kurt had even made news conferences in the case of the newly appointed minister, he avoided questions from reporters today.
