Can Kurt fall into Constitution? What the Constitution says about Serbia's complaint

The Serbian List has submitted a complaint to the Constitutional Court today for Albin Kurtin Government. This complaint concerns the power that was split from Kurti, which he claims is less than the one who says the Constitution of Kosovo. As always, Kosovo's Constitution continues to be empty [...]
As always, the Constitution of Kosovo continues there are numerous gaps that enable different interpretations on a single issue, and even the creation of dangerous precedents.
Since the Kurti II government will have 15 ministries, not 12 as many as Kurti I government, the List requires that this political party take two ministries, and not only one that has been offered.
Goran Rakiq will be minister for Kthim and Communists in Kurti II Government, while three other minority communities' politicians have been rewarded with ministerial positions: Emilija Rexhepi [Bosnian community] Flip Damka [Turkish community] and Elbert Krasniqi [the Egyptian community], writes Periscopi.
Article 3 of 96 of the Kosovo Constitution called “The ministries and the representation of the communities” writes the following:
“In Government will be at least one (1) minister from the Serb community and one (1) minister from
Some other non-communist community in Kosovo. If there are more than twelve ministers,
The government will also have a third minister, who represents one of the non-s majority communities
in Kosovo. ”

Kurti II government will actually have four ministries dedicated to minority communities, but only one dedicated to the Serb community.
The Kosovo Constitution guarantees equal division of reserved countries between the Serb community and other non-Serb minority communities in the Kosovo Assembly.
That could pose a problem for Prime Minister Kurti at the Constitutional Court, also considering that the Serb community has a far greater number of residents than other non-Serb minority communities.
It is also identified in the results of the February 14th elections, when the Serbian List won more votes than all minority parties get together. /Periscope
