Kosovo Security Force is taking place the KSF contingent landing ceremony for the world's first peacekeeping mission, where the US Army in Kuwait will be side by side. President Vjosa Osmani's task officer said this is a historic day.
I've come to tell you God save you and thank you”, Osman said in front of the Force soldiers.
The six-month mission is becoming possible thanks to partnerships with the United States with the American Army, our peacekeepers will be side by side on this noble mission”, she said further.
Osmani said Kosovo made freedom and built peace together with international friends.
This container is small in number but large in content and message. These guys are writing the new history of Kosovo”, she added.
As politicians, we may sometimes disagree and argue severely, this is part of our democracy, but when it comes to our girls and boys in uniform, for our army, as politicians and citizens we all stand together. We're all proud of you”, Osman said.
