10 days before March's end, Kosovo continues to have no dose of Anti vaccine - CO VID.
Kosovo government and the Health Ministry have declared that the country will be supplied this month with 33 000 anti vaccines. - CO VID from COVAX, while by May, the country would be supplied with a total of 100 thousand and 800 vaccines.
From the Health Ministry have told Express that the focus is for the vaccine to start as soon as possible in Kosovo.
Neither the minister nor the government have given any date when the country will be supplied.
While spokesman for the Gavi Vaccinate Alliance has told Express that they are in touch with the participating economies in the supply, while the time when the supply of vaccines will be made will become public next few days.
Until Kosovo has received no dose of Anti vaccine. - CO VID, health directors have told the newspaper that the number of hospitalised with COVIID-19 has increased and that the situation is more severe with regard to pandemic.
Health Director in the Gjakova municipality, Aferdita Spahiu-Skullaku, has told Express that there is evidently more growth in cases infected with coronarys.
“We have increased cases noticeably more. It's a bigger increase than two weeks ago when we had a smaller number of” hospitals, she said.
Even the deputy chairman of the Gjilan municipality, Arber Ismajli, has told the newspaper that the situation regarding the pandemic is most disturbing recently.
He has said that the work of health workers is thus getting harder.

Of the 33,000 doses of vaccines coming to Kosovo, 2000 are divided to the Ferizaj municipality. The vaccine will take place according to categories. So far there are about 900 citizens older than 65 and chronically ill who have reported to the QKMF Ferizaj to vaccinate”, he has declared.
Aliu has said health workers will be the ones to be vaccinated first, then dialis patients, citizens older than 65, and patients with two and more chronic diseases.
Although preparations for inoculation have begun in some municipalities, Kosovo is continuing to be one of the only countries that has not yet been supplied with any dose of it.
Infectologists have said that an inoculation of citizens should be done urgently to manage the situation with pandemic.
