One of the late persons was killed by police as a woman was killed by shooting in another case, according to the local police statement.
A cop was hit by a car, but is expected to survive. The eight injured persons were sent to hospitals after being wounded by weapons. Some of them are in more serious danger.
Some people were detained by the police and questioned, writes Fox Nese.
The police who killed a suspect have taken administrative measures, which is standard procedure during the investigation.
Police said the suspect who was shot dead was killed in an incident that was linked to the shooting in the next case.
