Karachevians letter Kurti of Konjufca: That's the request.

Local Community Chairman Selver Lenjan has sent a public letter yesterday to Republika Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Chief Parliamentary Galuk Konjufca about the problems they have been facing for 20 years now. Residents of Downtown Karacence are disappointed with the failure to solve the problem of the entry of Serbian gendarmerie forces [...]
Residents of the downtown Karaceva in Kamenica are disappointed with the failure to solve the problem of the entry of Serbian gendarmerie forces.
In this letter, they also express concern about the closure of 15 schools, where more than 548 students have been stopped.
This is the following letter:
We're addressing the Prime Minister and Chief Parliamentary.
An open letter from the Local Community of the Lower Karacewa village K. Kamenice.
We residents of the border generation are announcing through this text as Local Community, that the residents of the border generation are greatly disappointed with the problems we face every day every month, each year with the entry of Serbian gendarmerie forces, etc.
This problem has surfaced to us since 2001 and is still ongoing.
It's the only problem we've faced in 20 full years, protesting many times, announcing all the governments that have been, but no one has considered us.
But neither the Assembly nor the Parliament Speakers have ever dealt with this problem. Only we residents have been vocal in preserving sovereignty, the territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo in this border generation that we are constantly endangered by the occupational state-Serbia.
Even though we've been constantly looking for institutions, the president, the Prime Minister and Chief Parliamentary, but they haven't dealt with this population problem.
We expect Kurti's government to urgently deal with this part of the border-Karacheva generation.
The number 2 problem addressed to the Government is the closure of 15 schools, among 15 schools, is also the Karatcheva border school that numbers over 100 students.
Now I'm counting on the 15 schools he's closed and locked up:
1”Sh.f.”Asclan Thaci” - Downstairs.
2.”Sh.f. ) Busavata
3.”Sh.f. ) Petroc
4.”Sh.f. Downstairs
5,”Sh.f. Coppership
6,”Sh.f. Tugevc
7.”Sh.f. Sperice
8,”Sh.f. ) Strazoc
9.”Sh.f. Krelev
10,”Sh.f. Désivodica
11,”Sh.f. Lisocka
12,”Sh.f. Dajkoc
13,”Sh.f. Plicka
14,”Sh.f. Dzejnica
15,”Sh.f. ) Veleglava
16,”Sh.f. Cranidell
Etj.
With these reforms, the head of the municipality remains Kastrati with the closure of schools, receive and distribute students to other locations where all schools in this municipality meet all the criteria for the prosperity of learning where even educational personnel have met all conditions.
Honored Institutes of Kosovo, Mr. Prime Minister. Kurt, Mr. Mayor. Konjufca and Minister of Education and All Assembly delegates, raise your voice for the opening of these schools, and bring back the smile of the entire municipality and over 548 students who do not follow the lesson.
The closure of these schools is antinational, legal, this notorious gesture that has happened to us.
Is it worse than missing the student's right to be educated in their localities?
In this part of Kamenica we demand that students not be deprived of their education rights, and we seek the rights that are guaranteed elementary schools by law and by constitution.
Go back to Karatcheva's problems and take these problems seriously so you can open up schools.
And we want you to ask the head of Kamenice, stay Kastrati to make a firm decision and order for the opening of schools.
Dear Prime Minister Kurti,
Staying Kastrati has been elected by your party as head of our municipality.
We will not leave a stone without moving to the realization of these demands. We'll keep asking them.
We invite you to join the border belt - Karace and see our problems.
Our only hope in us is you!
We want that request returned positively.
Respectfully: Local-Charge Karace
Local Community Speaker: Selver Lenyan
