The case judge, Errol Gashi, acquitted Tome Gashi of the indictment with the argument that at 10:45 a.m., the device was mentioned, and after the hearing session the same was declared showing the witness's name, while according to him in the verbal process of that hearing session the time of the launch of that session was 1500.
The judge has said the parties have a right to complaint. According to the indictment compiled on March 16, 2018, by prosecutor Blerim Igrista, the lawyer Gashi on April 29, 2016, after having previously completed hearings at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, where in the process, the prosecutor had been informed by the court of the case that the hearing was closed and that it had to be preserved as privacy what was spoken there, the same with the hearing, without authorisation of the identity of the person protected in the criminal procedure by addressing the motion and citing his name in a public way.
