In these elections the road to the Kosovo Parliament was harder for Baljen. This, since PZAP and the Supreme Court found that the votes of some Bosniak and Roma parties won in Serb majority areas are invalid, that one community's guaranteed representation with the votes of another community cannot be secured.
The United Community led by Adrijana Hodzic was cancelled, 4,205 votes that with the final election results had secured seats in parliament. 583 votes were cancelled to the Vacat coalition, while the Bali Social Union canceled 165. Over 800 votes were also cancelled to a new Roma party (The Roma Initiative), which had secured two seats in parliament with votes won in aid from List Srpska.

I feel a human, moral and political obligation from the bottom of my heart to thank all the media and the Kosovo Justice Institute IKD (and Kosovo civil society) for the unique commitment and support in achieving justice in the case of vote manipulation in this election process.
The media in my state of Kosovo thanked you for raising the voice uninsistent against the injustice she tried to do. Without your voice today justice would be lacking for truth. You are the most significant example of our freedom and democracy of our state. I bow before you and your belief that justice will prevail!
IKD gave thanks for the extraordinary professionalism and full meaning. The IKD is synonymous with the values of the democracy of justice and knowledge of the legitimacy and constitutionality of the state of Kosovo.
We gave our civil society eternal thanks for defending and cultivating justice to the end. Our civil society should also envy the State with the most advanced democracy in the world! Our Kosovo has something to boast about.
On my part, I promise and pledge to you that I will physically engage in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo to advance legitimacy for future civil society and media flows in Kosovo.
