Hamdi Jaha last year held the post of director of Urban Planning and Environmental Protection in the Podujevo municipality, at the time this municipality was led by the Democratic League of Kosovo.

There had even been a clash between him and then the chief candidate of Podujevo, Nexhami Rudari.

This was after Rudari had dismissed him from the position of director Hamdi Jaha shortly before the election campaign began. The argument for such a thing was given that Hamdi Jaha had worked against the Democratic League of Kosovo.

The newspaper Blic reports that after the dismissal, Hamdi Jaha had quietly joined the Vetevendosje Movement.

But Hamdi Jaha's passage from LDK to Albin Kurti's party had not been made public.

Hamdi Jaha was joining the Vetevendosje movement several days before the February 14th elections.

Now it seems that Jaha himself has regretted it.
