Investigations into Salih Mustafa are over: Judgment Expected to Begin

The hearing of former Kosovo Liberation Army soldier Salih Mustaf is being held in The Hague.
The Specialised Prosecutor's Office has said the investigations have already been completed in addition to two investigative activities, but which pose no problem in launching the trial process.
Mustafa's lawyer is expected to come to Kosovo, where he will stay from 19 March to 5 April, as the second mission begins and ends on April 16th, respectively.
Mustafa is the first arrested special court, meanwhile, the charges weighing on him are arbitrary, cruel treatment, torture and unlawful murder.
