In the last 24 hours, in the lab of molecular microbiology at IKKPK and private labs with RT- PCR, as well as private and public labs with the RRA method, have tested a total of 3,317 samples obtained from the SSCKUK and the tracking of ground case contacts, out of which 730 positive cases result.

Six cases of death with SARS reported within 24 hours CoV-2 positive. Death cases are from municipalities: Gjilan 1 case (76), Pristina 2 cases (80, 87), Gjakova 1 case (79), year 2 cases (74, 16.

The total number of positive cases is 76,110 cases out of 348,381 suspicious persons in the SARS-CoV-2 virus and 1.688 cases of death.

Over the last 24 hours, 512 patients have been cured until the total number of cures to date is 63,892, while the number of active cases is 10,530.

The positive cases are from the municipalities: Pristina 201 cases, Prizren 63 cases, Peja 53 cases, Gjakova 47 cases, Mitrovica 41 cases, Fushe-Kosovo 40 cases, Lipjan 38 cases, Podujevo 38 cases, Gjilan 35 cases, Ferizaj 28 cases, Kamenice 26 cases, Vushshttri 22 cases, Obiliq 20 cases, Year 12 cases, Istog 9 cases, Drinas 8 cases, Cline 8 cases, Gracanica 7 cases, Rahovec 7 cases, Decanderaj 6 cases, Skenderaj, 4 cases, Suhar Suke case, 4ishev, 3 case cases, and a case of Dragcanzani and a case of Dragka, and Dragka.

Dear citizens!

In view of the dynamic and real-time assessment of the epidemiological situation with COVID - 19, 730 positive cases are now reported, presenting the largest number of positive cases this year with a tendency to increase the following few days. Only in Pristina were 201 positive cases reported. We express comfort to family members over six reported deaths during the last 24 hours.

The number of positive cases and deaths by COVID-19 continues to be high and concerned as a direct result of neglect of the measures.

Doctors overloaded in hospitals are struggling against this subtle, destructive virus with all their professional and human power.

IK The KPS reiterates the call for implementation of all general and specific measures for protection from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prevention measures are the same as a particular axient that positive people should stay at home to prevent family and community spread. With the reduction in contacts, we'll make it possible to disrupt the spread of infection.

So we recommend again:

1. Stay at home, and exit is just necessary;
2. The rigorous ban on dating people you don't live with in communities, except for specific purposes;
3. Rigorous stop of gatherings;
4. rigorous respect of restrictive measures in public activities;
5. Restricting work on non-secial activities and events while reducing work time during the day.

IK The KPS estimates that these measures could cut the increase in number of cases, prevent the overload of hospitalizations and prevent the death toll from increasing.

IK The KPS appeals to all citizens, institutions, and public and private organisations, to the respect and undertaking of all necessary measures for prevention, management and control of COVID-19, taking into account the provisions of the Law on Prevention and Combating the COVID-19 pandemic, and decisions in force on the measures and obligations of institutions to implement general and specific measures for protection from the CORVID-19 pandemic.

In particular, we call for implementation of recommendations and respect of restrictive measures for public activities, respectively, restrictions on the collection of citizens and public gatherings.

Collecting citizens without masks and keeping distance increases the risk of spreading infection while the SARS-COV-2 virus is present among us.

We appeal to the responsible institutions, Kosovo Police and the responsible inspectors respectively, to carefully monitor and take all necessary actions to implement measures and other decisions in force in the implementation of the Law on Prevention and Combating COVID-19 in the Republic of Kosovo.
