Minister Haradinaj-Stubla through a letter has offered Prime Minister Hoti the irrevocable resignation from the post of Minister of the Republic of Kosovo for Foreign Affairs and Diaspore.
The following days, Prime Minister Hoti will appoint the new Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora.
