Hoti acquitted two deputy prime ministers and four ministers

Acting prime minister Antigona Bajzak's media adviser, Antigona Bajzaku, has confirmed today that Besnik Tahiri -- deputy prime minister, Driton Selmanaj, deputy prime minister, Agim Veliu ministry, Anton Chuni Aziz, Vlora Doshoisi minister Besian Mustafa minister.

All of these were members of the duty government's cabinet, which have sworn as deputy at today's constitutional session.

While incumbent Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has also been re-elected MP for the eighth legislature, but he is expected to swear after surrender of office, the new successor, the new prime minister.

While Besnik Tahiri has written about his oath as deputy of the eighth legislature, he has written that the trust taken will turn him into work and dedication in the service of the citizens and the country.

“Place of Republic of Kosovo. The foolish faith, I will turn it into work and devotion to the service of citizens and country. It is of interest, to maintain and consolidate democracy, facing most of us with ideas, criticism, but also contributions to the country. The opposite is happening to election winners, who have chosen to act on the split rather than co-ordination and co-operation, seems to have chosen exemption. We accept the winner, but not the logic of dominance. It is impossible and we refuse to become part of an arbitrary political culture”, Tahiri wrote in “Facebook”

The departure from Defence Minister Anton Quinn has called closure proudly. He says his journey is starting with the next route to contribute to Kosovo.

Today, I am proudly closing another chapter for my work on the quality of the Ministry of Defence. A chapter that had on the mission to advance the army of the newest state, to enhance the values of integrity and transparency to establish it alongside our allies; to make our historic contribution, to return gratitude for the unwarranted support partners who supported us in the struggle for freedom; and to make Kosovo a factor of importance in international peace and security. On the same day, I am opening a new chapter to continue the journey to dignified each citizen; at the same time, to work hard, to realise the dream of membership in Euro-Atlantic structures. But today, again on this day, I am starting my next journey, to contribute to doing Kosovo, as each one of you deserves, a place where values and integrity, are the subject. The path in which the growing generation will be reflected in the spirit of respect and co-operation; the high parliamentary culture as the most fundamental values of democracy; meanwhile, with the symbolic passion, I will seek accountability and transparency, to ensure a quality and controlled power through democracy mechanisms. Dear citizens, thank you until we humble all of you who have given me the extraordinary privilege of representing you; to give your next oath, that with the highest human and professional responsibility, you serve Fatherland”, Quinn wrote.

For his departure from the post of agriculture minister, Bessian Mustafa has also written.

Starting today, I will continue my contribution representing your voice in the Assembly. Last period I was engaged as Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Rural Development, which I took with pride and carried out with responsibility. During this not so easy period, my team and I were able to meet a series of challenges, young and inherited. We managed to pay off the debt of the Ministry to farmers so that the latter would have enough financial means to fulfill their daily obligations. Moreover, I was able to double subsidies for farmers to cope with the Codov-19 pandemic. For the same reason, we also secured the farmers' free movement when everyone's movement was limited, with reason for farmers to fulfill their obligations... Thank you to the institution I served, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, and each one of the ministry officials who will remember and bear as a reminder of a meaningful and sincere commitment”, he wrote.

Vlora Doshori, who headed the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MKRS), also told of her leaving this dictatorship.

From today, my trip is on Republic's Parliament Kosovo. I consider it vital. The citizens gave me this assignment. Faith should not be disappointed. It's sacred to me. This responsibility, as long as it lasts, will be done in the country's reflection and development. It's no different. All in the end, the LDK is the foundation of this country. The LDK is our common connection”, Doshumi wrote.
