The wandering dogs are one of the biggest problems in the capital. Besides the danger they pose for humans, they are now causing other harm.
A citizen from Pristina in the group “Network Pristina” has shown what wanderers dogs did to her car, writes news.
She in her post says that the police found out it wasn't the first case and that 8 were bums destroyed her career.
Citizens have criticised the Pristina municipality in managing wandering dogs.
