With a sense of higher responsibility, I handed over the position of minister of health to the new minister. Arben Vitita, but this does not mean that I will stop engaging and devoted to contributing to the good of this field and the good of the health of our citizens.

The Ministry of Health at this time of pandemic is the biggest challenge for any of its directors, evidence of it, and we have our extraordinary, measurable work, which is an orientation and determining track to do our best for health. The hard work done to this day will be easier to continue. Pandemia was our focus.

Our health achievements are vulnerable at every level of care. Despite the pandemic, we have established new health care services, the quality and quantity of health services, for which I am proud of as many other commitments.

We've done the growth of tests from 150 to over 5,000 daily tests, going along with the supply of our health institutions with equipment, drugs and save material, and we've created facilities and conditions for health professionals who have been missing earlier.

During this time, the health system has been energized by 1,500 specialists, has been employed by over 160 experts in unemployed interweek medicine and about 700 members of the professional, medical staff. This is a special achievement, and as such it will remain forever, because it well confirms our approach to the people of Health. We have deepened co-operation with other local and international institutions, with donors in particular, to whom we are forever grateful.

Success in health is the success of the state and citizens, which initially comes in the willingness, sacrifice, and labor of health staff, where present - day heroes are rightly called.
