WRITER IN V PRANIM'S END- MEANING SEA

FOR: S.Z. Donika Gervala, Deputy Prime Minister and VI Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspore of the Republic of Kosovo

Dear Minister,

I warmly wish you for the choice in the important position of our seventh-in-one Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspore of the Republic of Kosovo.

Unable to hand over office officially (for known reasons and some still unknown to the public), I am addressing with a public letter, with the most sincere wishes, and with little practical advice from my experience of short term June 2020, March 2021.

The role of Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora is an extraordinary privilege, but the heavy burden you will bear on your shoulders. Kosovo will be globally personified with you, and your word will be the voice of Kosovo. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, will be insufficient to work to experience the will and political and national ideals. Your family will be deprived of your necessary presence, and will often feel lonely in your office or on a trip. Very often you will find yourself alone in the face of difficult decisions, and you may not find support even from close colleagues. In the most difficult times, opposers will be filled, and old friends will be silent. Do not give up, always act according to your sincere obedience and judgment, your confidence and confidence that you are acting directly in the interests of Kosovo and the national one, as your heart and mind tell you.

Very often, you will face numerous requests for visits by Serbian officials, the majority Milosevic's relics. Don't let them come and delve through our territory because they haven't yet given criminal responsibility for genocide crimes against us. Do not forget Nezir Mehmetajn and Blerim Macasten, who are being held illegally in Serbia, and do not neglect the importance of continuing to repeat the demand in international institutions for them.

Do not allow yourself to be left out of the gates of dialogue with Serbia, because for Kosovo, this is the most important issue of foreign policy, namely in response to the neighbouring state that considers this process an internal issue!

Please don't forget to Albanians in the Valley, because they are in the most difficult national, economic, social and political situation of all our countrymen around the world. They need voice, support, protection, and amplification of national causes by all of us. Keep the MPJD in their service, and don't be surprised to believe that the position of the Albanians of Montenegro is not going in the same degrading direction!

The donation of the Hand and Pain of our sisters, the survivors of sexual violence during the war through the Women's Rights Promotive Centre (with which I signed the Memorandum Co-operation), please continue as a tradition of MPJD. Their voice of pain, the great plague of Kosovo, the lack of justice for these cruel crimes, how much I was Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora I donated to each diplomatic world office, and to every door that has opened to me with the repeated request for justice that was missing! Along with him, the book of Fetnet Ratosaj “Against Harres: Serbia's genocide in Kosovo 1998 (1999).” Both of these, I left you a present in your next office.

In the MPJD, you will also face a host of functional challenges.

The need for a real inter-institutional co-ordination with all foreign policy carriers for lobbiing and consolidation of the country's international subjectivity is more than obvious. For 13 years of MPJ existence, it's never been functional Z triangle. MPJ. Now you have the unique opportunity to realise this constitutional obligation in the interest of the Republic of Kosovo and its citizens.

The well-known fact that the ministry you are leading has not been immune to political influences, which are largely expressed through the appointment of noncompetent diplomatic and consular personnel and with no adequate credentials of representation, which has often affected the country's image and lack of consistency and consistency of diplomatic action. Shortly after taking office, I have made decisions on the return of diplomats who have served from two or three missions abroad for years without returning to Kosovo, and sending competent diplomats, some of whom have never served in the diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Kosovo. I encourage you to continue this rotating principle, which is the basis of a functional and accounting service. And remember, that in the MPJD there are people with great integrity, unique professionalism, and dedication to self-esteem that despite political instability and frequent change of governments, have held the state and the interest of Kosovo in the world, often even without political guidance from Pristina. I was honored to cooperate with them, and to advance state interests together in international society. You will be convinced that despite popular obedience, these professionals and patriots are majority in the MPJD and the Foreign Service.

MPJD needs to continue operations in addressing the challenges identified above, and more than that, so as long as I've been in the task that was entrusted to you today, I make all my experience and willingness to help in each respect work and continuity in the MPJD, as a former title. I was deprived of this possibility, although I desperately needed to consult with former foreign ministers for more context and information about specific topics in ministerial field action.

Your success is now the success of Kosovo. Me, you'll have supportive arms for good work, and a critical voice for the eventual concessions. Now,FORCA!

Honestly,

Melize Haradinaj é Stublla

. . . .

6th Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of the Republic of Kosovo

Pristina, March 23rd 2021
