The government in office holds the next meeting, here are the decisions made

At this meeting the executive members have adopted various decisions and documents, including some decisions about expropriation.

All decisions made today by the Kosovo government:

The government of Kosovo has approved the decision that has obliged all public institutions in the Republic of Kosovo to co-ordinate their activities with the Information Society Agency at the Ministry of Internal Affairs (ASHI/MPB), to develop electronic systems and integrate them into infrastructure and central information systems platforms in line with legislation in force.
In this case, A must The USI/MPB submits for approval in Government its draft Electronic Governance Strategy within three (3) months, as well as Kosovo Police to increase investigative capacities for preventing cyber attacks in co-operation with local and international relevant institutions.

At today's meeting, the decision to review further the request for public interest in former social real estate, which is needed for the implementation of Kosovo Judiciary Council projects (KGJK) for:

Construction of the new Founding Court facility in Pec, Pec County.

Construction of the new foundation court facility in Prizren, the Komuna Prizren.

The renovation and construction of the former “Yugobanka” facility in Mitrovica, for needs of the Foundation Court in Mitrovica, Mitrovica municipality.

The government cabinet has also approved the decision to consider further the demand for real estate expropriation:

In the Cadastral Bresalz Zone, the Gnjilan municipality, which is affected by construction of the Pristina Highway- Gnjilan-Andu the White;

) In the Chaldastral Zone Balinca Towna of Malisevo, which is affected by the construction of the National N9 Route, Pristina-Peje and;

In the Kadastrale Milosevo Zone, the Obilic municipality, which is affected by the construction of National Road N2 Pristina-Mitrovica.

Following the meeting, the government cabinet has approved the decision to annul, change and partial completion of the No.12/71 Final Decision, the date 23.10.2018, with which property transfers that are affected by the construction of the Pristina “Highway- Gnjilan-andou White@x1>, Banu Segment '%salz, affecting Lipjan municipalities (Zonat Cadastral Banulle, Slovia, Sleave), Novoberde (Zona Kadastral, Parallovo) and Gjilan (Cadastrale Bresalz, Ponesh and Zegovc).

The government has approved the final decision to expropriate public interest of objects managed by the Kosovar Privatisation Agency (AKP), which is affected by the implementation of projects: the construction of Park, which will serve the Multi-Umphitheatre Village and the construction of the children's “welcome and the angle for the elderly, in the village of Studencan, the Suhareka municipality.

The approval of the government cabinet has also taken the decision to establish local Public Enterprise “Kastriot U.S.” Obilic, with 100 % shares from the Obilic Community. With this decision, the municipality of Obilic is authorised to act on behalf of the only shareholder on NPL “Kastriot” U.S. and undertake all legal actions, including registration under Law No.02/ L-016 for Trade Company.

The Kosovo government has also adopted the decision the Ministry of Economy and Environment (MEA) is tasked with in co-operation with Central Public Enterprises to prepare and report to the Kosovo Treasury (MF), full, time and precise data for the internal and international loans of Central Public Enterprises. This report should be made on a quarterly basis, no longer than 15 days after the end of each quarter.
