The government has made a decision to ex-Social real estate ex-Social property distribution for the realisation of projects by the Kosovo Judiciary Council.
The decision to review further the demand for public interest in former social real estate properties, which are necessary to implement Kosovo Judiciary Council projects (KGJK) for: Construction of the new facility of the Foundation Court in Pec, Pec County. Construction of the new foundation court facility in Prizren, the Prizren municipality. The renovation and construction of the former “Yugobanka filia facility” in Mitrovica, for the needs of the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica, Mitrovica municipality”, is said in the government's decision.
Also adopted has the decision to review further the demand for real estate expropriation for construction of the Pristina Highway- White Green.
“in the Cadastral Bresalz Zone, the Gjilan municipality, which is affected by construction of the Pristina Highway- Gnjilan-Andu the White; In the Chaldastral Zone Balinca Towna of Malisevo, which is affected by the construction of the National N9 Route, Pristina-Peje and; In the Kadastrale Milosevo Zone, the Obilic municipality, which is affected by the construction of National Road N2 Pristina-Mitrovica. Following the meeting, the government cabinet has approved the decision to annul, change and partially fulfil the No.12/71 Final Decision, the date 23.10.2018, with which property transfers that are affected by the construction of the Pristina “Highway- Gnjilan-andou White@x2>, Banu Segment '%salcz, affecting Lipjan (Zonat Cadastral Banulle, Slove, Novoberde), Novoberde (Zona Kadastral, Parallovo) and Gjilan (Zonat Kadastral Bresalz, Ponesh and Zegovc)”, said in the government's decision.
The government has approved the final decision to expropriate public interest of objects managed by the Kosovar Privatisation Agency (AKP), which is affected by the implementation of projects: the construction of Park, which will serve the Multi-Umphitheatre Village and the construction of the children's “welcome and the angle for the elderly, in the village of Studencan, the Suhareka municipality.
