The Rambouilles Agreement was a proposed NATO-led peace agreement for representatives of the former Yugoslavia and the Kosovo Albanian delegation. The failure of this agreement, Serbia's disagreement to meet the ultimatum, is seen as one of the factors leading up to the bombing of Serbian targets.
Among other things, Gorani has said that Kosovo's good was that the Rambouillet Conference was failed, Periscopi broadcast.
He said it was the U.S. that he tried to convince the Allies who intervened in the bombings because they didn't want that to happen.
Gorani has declared that the foreign ministers of Italy and France came to the Albanian House of Representatives and told them that what they were looking for was a waste of time.
The greatest reference of the United States of America was the obedience of the continental allies. Italy and France's Foreign Minister came to what we called Albanian rooms and told us that what you're looking for is a waste of time. Even the German Foreign Minister said he did not make the signing for shelling”, he said in Klan Kosova.
