The Institute for Infectious Diseases, “Robert Koch”, announced that during the past 24 hours in Germany, 4.252 new cases of Covid-19 have been recorded, bringing the total to over 2 million and 509 thousand.
According to the “Wordometerers” page, the daily number of reported cases is the lowest since October 11th last year, writes The Guardian.
In addition to new cases, 255 victims were also recorded in Germany during the last 24 hours.
A few days ago, the German government took up the country for many restrictive measures to remain in force until March 28th, although gradual opening of certain brands has begun.
In November and December last year, Germany took strict restrictive measures, closing schools and most shops.
