Fire in a factory, 20 workers die

At least 20 people have lost their lives, while 24 were injured as a result of the fire involving a factory in the town of Qalybia, northern Egypt. The fire broke out at the four-story clothing plant in Al-Ubur, while 10 rescue vehicles and 15 fire vehicles were sent to the scene, reported by Qalyubia governor's cabinet.
According to first information, 20 people have lost their lives by fire while 24 others have been injured. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
It was also stressed that the fire has been brought under control and that a technical committee whose task will be to protect the surrounding buildings by fire has been formed.
