84 ballot envelopes have been found in a package, while counting diaspora votes.
While the rule imposed by the CEC was that a package allowed only envelopes from the immediate family circle, someone exceeded that number.
The 84-card package has been rejected, for it has ignored appropriate procedures.

The denial code “D7” indicates that a thousand and 656 packets of balloting have been refused, as the package has kept the number of ballots outside the family circle.
This was even warned by the CEC before the elections. In a video showing how it should be voted out of Kosovo for the February 14th parliamentary elections, it became known that papering through mail should be sent only to itself, or to the immediate family circle.
